Common name- in Hindi “olat kambal”, in English “devil’s cotton”.

Introduction- it is wild or cultivated throughout India from Uttar Pradesh to Sikkim, khasia hills, Assam, west Bengal, Bihar and Bangladesh.

Symptoms-

Female problems- it is very good in amenorrhea, well suited in those females who have late menses and anaemia.

It has very good action in dysmenorrhea, some patients have very painful menses.

It is also very good in weak uterus, who have irregular menses, infertility.

Male problems- it has very good action in infertility and who has loss of sexual desires.

Urine problems- it has very good action in bed wetting during sleep.
